Prophets Alejandro and Ashley Baldwin serve as the Lead Pastors of Ekklesia Global Worship Assembly – Philadelphia, a thriving church plant of the Ekklesia Global Collaborative under the apostolic leadership of Bishop Randall C. Furlow and Pastor Autumn Furlow.

Together, they embody the mission of equipping, educating, and empowering believers to live fully in God’s purpose.
 
Prophet Alejandro Baldwin is an end-time prophetic voice called to ministry at the age of eight, preaching his first sermon at eleven. Known for his accuracy in the prophetic and his passion for purity, he believes that the anointing flows through a clean heart and surrendered life. As the founder and CEO of ACB Solutions, he mentors leaders and raises Christ-like servant leaders who bring change to their communities. He holds a Bachelor’s in African-American Studies and a Master’s in School, Society, and Violence from Eastern Michigan University.
 
Prophet Ashley Baldwin is a dynamic teacher, prophetic leader, and educational reformer. Called to ministry at eighteen and ordained at twenty-five, she combines her love for the Word with her passion for learning. She holds a Bachelor’s in Theology from Georgetown University, a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. She also leads Iron Women Ministries, a transformational community of women pursuing God with excellence and authenticity.
 
Together, the Baldwins are dedicated to building the Kingdom by building people. They lead with vision, humility, and grace, nurturing a church where revelation meets empowerment, and where every believer is equipped to grow, serve, and lead. They are the proud parents of their beautiful daughter, Avery Simone Baldwin.
